At MHE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your MHE account or visit our online return portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.
Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in unused condition.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
